The elevators really need fixing to avoid delays!!! Parking access can be more clearly communicated to reduce confusion for guests!!! The decor feels dated and could use a thorough update!!!

the location of the hotel was super convenient to all the places we wanted to check out in milwaukee. the staff at the front desk was friendly and offered some good recommendations for local restaurants. got some free snacks and water when we checked in, which was cool. the bedding was comfy, and the lobby area was nice and clean.

we showed up to find out the air conditioning was out and nobody bothered to tell us beforehand. had to scramble to find another place to stay after a long drive.

The room was clean and updated. I loved the hot breakfast, especially the waffles! The pool area was nice to unwind after exploring the area.
